Who are we?

  • Future PolyTech is an Ohio based manufacturer of LLDPE bags, tubing, and sheeting
  • Our offerings include general- purpose packaging solutions, extended environmental exposure applications, as well as shrink films

Our Sweet Spot

Slit Seal – Flat Bags, Flat Tubing, and Sheeting:

  • 10” – 36”
  • Thickness – up to 8.5 mil
  • Packaged on Rolls

Gusseted Bubble Sizes:

  • 36” – 100” (width + gusset)
  • Packaged on Rolls

Non-Gusseted Bubble Sizes:

  • 40” – 85”
  • Packaged on Rolls

Full Manufacturing Capabilities:

Single Wound and Centerfold Sheeting:

  • 8″ – 90″ width

Flat Tubing and Bags:

  • 6″ – 93″ width
  • We can centerfold larger flat bags (includes side opening bags)

Gusseted Tubing and Bags:

  • 17″ (ex. 10 x 7) up to 104″ (ex, 62″ 42″)

Bags on a roll:

  • 15″ minimum length | bottom seal or side seal

Loose Cut Bags:

  • Flat Packed 10″ – 24″ length | Folded up to 62″ length

Thickenesses:

  • .0006 – .009 (size dependent)

Printing:

  • Random repeat – 1C1S, 1C2S – repeat sizes available 3″, 6″, 9″, 18″
  • Max print size – 40″ width x 17″ height (product dependent)
  • Blue, black, red, white, and green ink in stock – custom colors upon request

Venting:

  • Pinhole (random)
  • Slit (random)
  • Circular (registered or random) – sizes available – 1/4″, 3/8″, 7/16″
  • Butterfly (registered or random) – sizes available – 1/4″, 3/8″, 7/16″

Resins:

  • Fractional melt LDPE
